"I LOVE this camera!!! I own the casio 1050 and the casio 1080. I much prefer this camera over the 1050. The 1050 has a poor lcd screen and they fixed that with the 1080. This camera also has face detection which the 1050 does not. The picture quality is amazing on the casio 1080. I have 3 kids ages 1, 3 and 8 and could not ask for a better camera. All the extra features are very easy to use. I also love the video. I can playback the video on my camera with audio. The battery life lasts a very long time. I cant think of one con for this camera. It is my all time favorite. Thanks Casio for finally coming out with the camera that I have been looking for. Although the other poster did mention getting a 1GB SD card and a nice case included!?!?! I did not recieve either of those? How did you get those to come with your camera?"

"I bought this camera for my mum and its the easiest camera I've ever used. It has a huge screen to view pictures on as you take them and scroll through the ones you've taken so you can erase them without having to load them onto a computer first.
Style wise, the camera comes in a selection of colours, which is great if you want to stand out from the crowd. It's also a very slim camera and there are some lovely cases avaliable to keep it looking its best. This camera has been taken everywhere the past year and has no scratches, scuffs or marks, even on the screen.
The picture quality is also superb; the pictures come out crystal clear and never blur. The video is also great, making it easy to make quick clips for YouTube or whatever. The rechargeable battery is a bonus too; mine only comes with batteries which constantly run out, costing me a fortune, so a rechargable battery pack is ideal.
I would highly recommend this camera to anyone who is new to using them but wants good quality pictures. The price is pretty good too, considering the 3 times optical zoom and 10.1 megapixels. "

"The above product was recommended to me by a family member, I have always had problems with ditital camera's but having bought the EX-Z1080 I have found it very easy to use and great to handle. The battery life is so good i was amazed how long it lasts. The service from Overstock.com was outstanding and would them recommend to anyone and delivery was fast and well packaged, Thank you."

"If you want an easy camera to use, this is one. It has 'Easy Shot' for those who want to let the camera do the thinking, or just chop and change between flash types, and light settings and just play.
The optical zoom is great and produces clear pictures. Theres a digital zoom on top of that, and although the screen's view is a little 'grainy', actual pictures always pleasantly suprise me.
I'm a florist, and through using it for a couple of months, the camera is great at close up detail on macro, aswell as Large Arrangements from a distance, and still be aable to pick out every flower. On the other hand i took it to the seaside, and equally got good results, even with the british weather. "

"I have never been a big fan of cameras but i have a family now and its time we started having family photos together, so we can share good times with family who live abroad. We as a family were
flying out to egypt when i finally decided to buy a camara and it arrived on the day i was due to fly and did not really have time to sit and read the instructions. I found that the menu system was so esay to use that the pictures turned out better than i could have imagined. The optical zoom and the display did what they said they would and the connection to my laptop was easy and allowed for some great pictures.My family think i have a natural talent in photograhpy but little do they know it was all the camera work i just simply pointed and pressed the button "
